I was traveling in his specialty vehicle. They were one of the few businesses who would take a specialty vehicle. They were able to get me in, it was almost the last day of the year and they took good care of me, bent over backwards and did an excellent job.

First, I was impressed with Marty's phone presence when I called to make an appointment. He was very pleasant (just as he turned out to be in person when I picked up my car). A very nice demeanor. The place is cool, filled with old & interesting things. They changed the oil & did a 70K maintenance. Gave me a printout of what exactly was done, and coded elements green (OK) / yellow (heads-up: things to consider taking care of soon) / red (needs urgent attention). Nothing was red; only 4 items were yellow (& the sheet explained why). The cost was very reasonable, and they didn't try to convince me the car needed anything additional (very important to me as a woman, as many mechanics tell women car-stuff needs fixing/replacing when it doesn't). A gentleman whose name I will definitely remember next time brought my car around (in sub-zero weather) for me, and said goodbye with a sincere, respectful smile. He had turned on not only the heater, but also the seat-heater (YES! thank you!). The radio was off, not blasting. My car cockpit looks like it has been detailed! It's clean! I'm very happy with all of this. Not happy about: My dashboard lights are no longer dimmable, and the lights of the gear shift (D N R etc.) no longer light up. That's OK. I trust this will be taken care of when I bring the car back in to take care of the yellow / heads-up items (which all make sense according to the manual and my husband).

I worked closely with the owner Dan involving the installation of a new wheelchair-lift into a recently-purchased used van. He and his staff Craig and Marty were helpful with suggestions and progress updates whenever I called. Work quality appears top-notch with the new floor install for the lift and inside wheelchair traffic. They also installed steps, a head-bolt heater and trailer hitch on the van at my request. They tried very hard to meet our wishes to accommodate two wheelchairs inside yet still keep the rear van seat in place by staggering the Q-straint installs. Upon completion, they took more than ample time to educate me on the lift operation, the lift and van safety features. Afterwards, Dan even sent me instructions to be laminated for the lift operation. Overall, I and our organization couldn't be more pleased with the workmanship and reasonable cost of this project! Way to go Dan and your entire team!!!

I got my truck upgraded so I could get into it they put in a wheelchair hopper and a chair lift in after a 1yr 7mo the truck sat I had no way to get into the truck willards came and got my Tahoe with in less than a week I had my truck bach and finely driving again there was other work the did on the tahoe that had to be done but the upgrade is what I needed to drive again they are the best thank you bless you
