About

Ed purchased the business in 2019. He is married to Ann. Ed grew up on a farm and ranch. He was in the insurance industry for 38 years, then bought the garage to fix his multiple cars and trucks. He has a car problem. Ed was driving on the farm at a young age. He helped work on the equipment there. His hobbies are cars, snowmobiling, and is the chairman of Families for Outdoor Recreation. Ed loves helping the customers and the great staff. He loves helping customers get back on the road.

    Kevin Plubell

    Service Manager

    He has been with Willard’s Garage since 2023 and has been in the industry for 12 years. He loves his wife Madi and daughter Emma. Kevin has always loved cars, car shows, games, and racing. He enjoyed taking things apart and then building them back up again. His hobbies are golf, guns, cars, and carpentry. Kevin loves the opportunity his job gives him to make a difference; by making sure a vehicle leaves the shop running right and treating everyone with compassion.

    Jake Castro

    Shop Foreman

    Jake has been at Willard’s Garage for over 9 years and has been in the industry for over 15 years. He is Hy-Rail, and Braun certified, and started taking automotive in high school at Billings Career Center.  After graduating he found his love for anything with wheels and an engine, working for his parents at Eubank Family Auto Sales.  If he’s not working on a project, he enjoys boating, camping, hunting, and snowboarding.  Jake enjoys the challenges modern automobiles present and finds satisfaction in knowing customers bring their problems to Willard’s Garage for quality repairs.

    Rhonda Brown

    Bookkeeper

    Rhonda has been with Willard’s Garage since 2023 and a bookkeeper for over 20 years. She has a son and 4 grandchildren (and many “daughters” she helped raise). Rhonda has worked for a large corporate business but returned to a small business because it feels more like a family. She started young, loving numbers and would help her mother count and roll pennies. Rhonda’s hobby is golf. Rhonda loves the flexibility of her job and that every person is kind, considerate and helpful. Mostly she loves that we talk about God, Family and Country and no one is offended.

    Patrick Gobert

    Technician

    Patrick has worked for Willard’s Garage since 2022.  He has a wife and 5 kids.  He has been a technician for over 12 years and is certified in Heavy Duty Diesel and Hy-Rail.  Watching his dad while he was much younger is what made him want to become a technician.  As a child, he would take apart motors and transmissions and rebuild them.  He loves getting tough jobs and being tested in skills and learning new things.  His hobbies are riding snowmobiles and dirt bikes.

    Eric Metzger

    Technician

    Eric has worked for Willard’s Garage since 2022 and has been wrenching since he was 5 yrs old.  He recently got married.  He has a daughter and 5 grandchildren.  Eric is certified in Hy-Rail.  His family has been working on and repainting cars his entire life.  Eric’s hobbies are bowling and rebuilding cars and trucks.  Eric loves fixing cars and the guys he works with.

    Jeremiah Lindblad

    Technician

    Jeremiah has worked for Willard’s Garage since 2012 and has been a technician for over 20 years. He has a wife and 3 daughters. He is A/C certified. Jeremiah’s grandparents owned a shop and a towing and wrecking business. His whole childhood he took things apart and put them back together. He would find broken things and fix them. His hobbies are fixing vehicles, buying and selling vehicles, plus running or watching demolition derbies. Jeremiah loves working on vehicles and helping people.

    Andrew Miceli

    Technician

    Andrew Miceli has worked for Willard’s Garage since 2024.  He recently married his wife, Brenna.  Their family is a mix of reptiles, 2 dogs, and many spiders.  Loving auto sports, mechanical devices and machines is what made him get interested in becoming a technician.  He has been a technician for over 3 years and is certified in RVIA/RVTA, CPC, and MACs refrigerant.  As a child he used to take apart toys and fix them, sometimes successfully, sometimes not-so-much.  Now, he is able to fix small and large electronics.  Andrew loves the people he works with and that there’s something new every day.  His hobbies are fishing, reptile husbandry, helping others, computer work, and electronics repair.

    T J Pulse

    Technician

    T J has worked for Willard’s Garage since 2015 and has been a technician for over 20 years.  He is married to Debra.  He enjoys working with his hands and helping others and that is why he chose to become a technician.  T J has an Associates Degree in Automotive and Diesel Technology and graduated “Cum Laude”.  He is also certified in Hy-Rail, Bruno and Brawn Wheelchair lifts, and ASE Automotive Technician.  What T J loves about his job is finding out how things work and it seems like there’s something new every day.  T J has been dismantling TV remotes and small appliances since he was 4 yrs old.  His hobbies are video games, electronic repairs, firearms, and target shooting.

    Doug Rykowski

    Technician

    Doug has worked for Willard’s Garage since 2020.  He and his wife Donna have 2 sons, 4 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.  He has been a technician for over 42 years.  Doug is ASE Certified in A/C, Heating, Engine Performance, Electrical, and Brakes.  He started doing his own repairs at 16 yrs old.  He began as parts runner for an automotive service center and moved up to technician status.  He was trained by a master technician the rest is history.  He loves the daily different challenges he has every day and repairing vintage vehicles.  His hobbies are camping, fishing and boating, and riding motorcycles.

    Russell “Pineapple” Rintoul

    Parts Runner

    Pineapple is a Hawaiian from Maui and the “Forbidden Island” of Niihau and is cousin to 12 Kamakawinoole “Over the Rainbow”.  He has worked at Willard’s Garage 3 times, as Shop Foreman, Technician, and Parts runner.  He came back the 3rd time in 2023.  He has been a technician for over 49 years.  As a kid, he was always taking things apart.  He fixed his high 1963 Ford Galaxy high school car.  He became interested in becoming a technician in high school.  He served in Vietnam for 3 years E1 to E4 Petty Officer, Captains, Yeoman.  Pineapple is certified as a master technician, 4 Auto Dealers, Mazda Rotary Tech and won the AAA Customer Appreciation Award.  He was self employed at his own automotive shop, Pineapples Putt Putt Hut for about 18 years.  He loves making his co-workers and customers happy.  His hobbies are fly fishing, camping, golfing, and bike riding.

    Steve Gretzinger

    Technician

    Steve Gretzinger has worked for Willard’s Garage since 2024.  He has a wife and 4 children.  Steve has been a technician for over 25 years.  As a child, he lived on a farm, and they made everything work as well as they could.  He loves to see how things work.  Watching broken things come back to life and be useful is what got him interested in becoming a technician.  Steve is certified in Adaptive Solutions Link installation.    He loves working with his team mates and learning from each other and fixing things.  His hobbies are hunting, fishing, and restoring old antiques (radios and furniture).
